User Agreement and Terms of Service

1. Parties and Definitions This User Agreement ("Agreement") is made between "Tetherion" and the member ("User"). Tetherion is a US-based company operating in the fields of metaverse, artificial intelligence, and blockchain technologies. Services: All technology, software, blockchain, and metaverse technology products and services provided by the Company. User: An individual or legal entity using the Company's Services. Products: Software and digital products provided by the Company.

2. Use of Services The User agrees to use the Services in accordance with legal and ethical rules. The User accepts legal responsibility for any misuse of the Services. The Company is not responsible for errors or interruptions that may occur during the use of the Services.

3. Fees and Payment Terms Fees for the Services will be calculated according to the tariffs determined by the Company. Payments must be made within [payment period] from the invoice date. The User acknowledges that the Company has the right to suspend or terminate the Services in case of non-payment. The User will use the tetherions received within the TetherPlay metaverse universe as described. The usage area may be expanded according to licenses and permissions in subsequent stages. Refund Policy: No refunds except for the first day (24 hours). After the first 6 months, Tetherion may make appropriate distributions from the airdrop pool. Distributions made from the airdrop pool can be converted into USDT.

4. Privacy and Security The Company commits to keeping User data confidential and secure. The Company may share User data with third parties only due to legal obligations or with User consent. The User is responsible for keeping account information secure and cannot hold the Company responsible for security breaches or personal mistakes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights The Company reserves all intellectual property rights over the Services and Products. The User cannot reproduce, distribute, or modify the Services or Products without the written permission of the Company. Tetherion will take necessary care to protect the copyrights and intellectual property rights of users. The User agrees not to copy or lightly modify the Company's copyrighted materials, trademarks, and other intellectual property without authorization. If the User violates this through direct action or via acquaintances, and if they use the Company’s copyrighted products in their projects to a certain extent, they will still be deemed to have violated this clause. The User unconditionally agrees to pay the necessary compensation if this clause is violated.

6. Disclaimer of Liability and Indemnification The Company does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted and error-free. The Company will strive to ensure sustainability through continuous improvements and developments. The Company is not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from personal mistakes or misuse of the Services. The User agrees to indemnify the Company for any intentional damage caused to the Company or third parties as a result of using the Services.

7. Termination of the Agreement The Company may terminate the Agreement and the Services immediately if the User does not comply with the terms of the Agreement. The User may terminate the Agreement by ceasing to use the Services, but is liable to pay any accumulated fees up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution This Agreement is subject to the laws of Wyoming / USA or the relevant US state laws determined by the Company (may be updated). Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation between the parties. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be resolved through [dispute resolution method].
